Shipping policy

By placing an order through Jack Pumpkin, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect each other and establish expectations for our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, but occasionally there may be discrepancies, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of your purchase. In this case, we will contact you to see if you prefer to wait for the restock of the out-of-stock item or if you prefer a store credit.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping payment will be collected with your purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs for your order.

3. Returns

The return conditions are available on the Refund and Return Policy page.

4. Delivery Terms

Generally, international shipments are in transit for about 4 days, but this time may be longer (up to 20 days) depending on the delivery method and the supplier linked to the items in your order.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment. We allow a 24-hour window to modify the shipping address.

Our teams contact storage locations Monday through Friday during regular business hours, except for national holidays, when shipping will not be activated.

When you place an order with Jack Pumpkin, the maximum shipping time is 5 business days. Orders are often sent earlier, but delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks during this busy period.

It's important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Shipping refers to dispatching the items, while delivery refers to transporting and bringing them to the final destination.

Therefore, the total delivery time may exceptionally be up to 5 weeks (2 business days for order processing, 5 business days for shipping, and up to 4 weeks for delivery).

While these are exceptional times, Jack Pumpkin wants to communicate this to prevent any inconvenience. If your order surpasses the 5-week window, we offer solutions such as reshipping your order at no additional cost or issuing a store credit higher than your original purchase amount.

If you received your order confirmation email 5 weeks or more ago, please reply to the confirmation email or send us an email at stingyjack.pumpkin@gmail.com.

To expedite handling, we recommend including the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Full name
  • Order details (even approximate)
  • Date of the order

For the subject line, please use: "Delivery Delay – [Your Order Number]".

Example: "Delivery Delay – 125698"

The Jack Pumpkin customer service team will respond within 24 business hours via email.

4.4 Changing Delivery Address

We can update your delivery address at any time before the order is shipped.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We only ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services. We cannot provide courier services to these locations at this time.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. However, we are unable to offer this service via courier.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to see if you prefer to wait for restocking or opt for store credit. The store credit will be higher than your initial order amount.

4.8 Delivery Delays

If your delivery has exceeded the expected time, please contact us at stingyjack.pumpkin@gmail.com so we can address your request.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Damaged Packages in Transit

If you notice a package is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact Jack Pumpkin’s customer service at stingyjack.pumpkin@gmail.com.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on Jack Pumpkin during checkout.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Jack Pumpkin encourages you to be aware of these costs before placing an order. If you refuse to pay import duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Jack Pumpkin at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy at the bottom of the page.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the declared value by the carrier. A package is considered lost if the postal service confirms it. A delivery confirmed by the postal service will be deemed valid. However, Jack Pumpkin will do its best to satisfy you by reshipping your order or offering you store credit higher than your initial order amount.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcels in Transit

We will proceed with a refund or replacement according to our Refund and Return Policy.

9.2 Process for Lost Parcels in Transit

If the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Jack Pumpkin will reship your order or offer store credit higher than your original order amount.
